What happens after you book?
Check your appointment details. Review the date, time zone, and meeting instructions provided by the booking service. If you cannot find them, email us.
Bring your business context. Prepare a short description of your process or project and the questions you want to discuss.
Talk through the goal. We review your needs, current setup, and whether the project is a fit.
Confirm any further review. Some projects need a closer look at a workflow or reference materials before they can be quoted.
Receive a custom proposal if we move forward. The proposal defines the scope, pricing, responsibilities, and proposed timing.

Does booking commit me to a project?
No. Booking a consultation does not accept a project proposal or create an obligation to purchase services. Any consultation fee, if applicable, must be disclosed before booking.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Use the rescheduling or cancellation option provided with your booking, if available. Otherwise, email us with your appointment details.
Should I send files before the call?
Start with a brief description and ordinary reference links. We’ll confirm which materials are needed and how to provide them before requesting sensitive or restricted information.
