I’m LaTisha Hester, founder of AI Unlocked 365. I bring 26 years of sales operations and business support experience to my work as an AI Automation Consultant.

My background includes reporting, process improvement, issue resolution, training, and following complex requests through to completion. That experience shapes how I approach every project.

Why I created AI Unlocked 365.

I know how much work happens behind the scenes to keep a business moving. The reminders, updates, handoffs, and follow-up can be easy to overlook until they start taking over the day.

As I explored AI tools, digital systems, and automation, I saw an opportunity to apply them to those everyday challenges. I created AI Unlocked 365 to help business owners make sense of the options and turn a useful idea into a defined project.

Today, that work includes business websites, AI assistants, operational workflows, and custom AI-generated videos. Each serves a different purpose, but the starting point is the same: understand what the business needs.

Practical experience shapes the questions I ask.

What happens today? Before recommending a tool, I want to understand the current process.

Where does the work get stuck? We look at repeated steps, missing information, and unclear handoffs.

What should a person control? We identify where judgment, review, or approval belongs.

What will make this useful? We define the result, the responsibilities, and how the agreed solution will be tested.

AI should support the people behind the business.

I believe AI should enhance what we do. A useful system gives people better information, clearer next steps, or more room to focus on work that needs their attention.

My goal is to make the technology understandable enough for you to make an informed decision about it.
